A privacy law has been introduced in the UK. As a result, we have published a Privacy Notice to make it easier for you to find out how we use and protect your information within our school. We won’t be changing the ways we use your personal information, but the notice will provide you with additional details such as:
- Increased rights in relation to the information we hold about you
- How we keep your personal information secure
- The types of personal information we collect about you and how we collect it and use it
- The legal grounds for how we use your information
Teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurse, office staff, and cook complete an e-Learning course provided by the East Riding County Council. Other staff have received written information about their responsibilities under GDPR.
The school has appointed the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to be the Data Protection Officer as part of a traded service.
